Wing Barn L L C in Brownsville

Tried their lunch special, 8 boneless wings. Great presentation, good quality chicken (for boneless), they even served 9 instead of 8! Thin breading had a texture similar to Carl's Jr./Hardee's/Wendy's, or some frozen nugget brand. The flavor was good too, although more subtle than pronounced. Fries were on the mushy side. This place has potential though it's not something I'll repeat, write home about, or recommend. Sorry y'all!

The grilled chicken in the southwest chicken salad was severely overcooked. Dry and way too charred on the exterior.

The staff was great and helpful. The burger I got was amazing! The boneless wings though not great I liked the sauces but the breading was a little weird for me to grainy.

The food here is delicious, nothing short of impeccable. But the wait is ridiculous. I suggest ordering ahead of time, because otherwise, you'll be waiting for at least 30-60 minutes

Honest pretty disappoint with the boneless wings. I’ve never had wings with such a weird texture. Cheese fries were ehhh - They’re kinda thin and soft and they give you a bucket load. You’re best off eating them with a fork.

Terrible Customer service, a lady named Emily who claims to be GM of the Pablo kisel location in Brownsville attended me really rudely over the Phone. I had 100 points to redeem my rewards, about two weeks ago I called to place a order and called back right away to cancel my order. I placed another order today & come to find out my points were taken away when I didn’t even receive my previous order! She says points are charged and voided at the end of the day even if you don’t receive your order. I asked to speak someone above her and she said there was nobody above her. I don’t care about the points but wow have better customer service! As a manager, I expect a little bit more courtesy. I’ve been a weekly customer for years! Very disappointed

The one in Brownsville is awesome! Awesome food and staff. The one in Harlingen, not so much, not even close.

First of all it took forever for me to get my order and then by the time i got my order my wings were cold they didn't even have the audacity to bring my beer to me first so i wouldn't even notice that my food was taking forever when i finally get my wings i ordered habanero mango and all i got was sugaring mango wings super COLD!!! Next time i go i'm just drinking beer the food absolutely sucks!!!

Enjoy eating here n food is great. Location is by choice, if you don't like too much noise, be selective. I do recommend it, either location.

They took a long time with our order then when they brought us the food it was cold. I told them that the wings were cold didn't feel like they were freshly made so they took the wings but they only put them in the microwave. Also we ordered carrots and celery sticks they seemed old and sawgy. I didn't not enjoy my food at all.

This place has amazing wings. Both bone in and boneless. And don't be afraid to try their spooky ghost pepper wings!

I called in my order and I was told it would be ready in 15 - 20 minutes. Fast forward 1 hour later and they gave me an incomplete order (which was taken back) and I had to keep repeating my drink order. When I asked what was going on, I was told, I don't know. Was it because of the Shelter in place, maybe but not the obvious lack of customer care and leadership. Boo this place.

Bad customer service, 2 orders went before us and the clerk didn't even apologize.

Waited 30 minutes for wings. They didn't taste like the flavors we ordered. For a first time visit, it was a bad experience. They gave us free drinks when I asked. I wouldn't go back.

ive been to wing barn a hand full of times and I am happy to say that wing barn is trash. Service is horrible. My order has been wrong every time I come and they take forever to bring out the WRONG order.

Second time I was invited there but it hasn't changed the first time I went there I was invited there and the hamburger was very cold and this time the hamburger was warm and got cold right away and the wings are not too good.

Better service than their other location

Good food, good service a bit slow for not been so busy. But quality was good warm and tasty. Clean establishment. I will recommend no problem. Oh also good specials.

The food was absolutely delicious. I eat low carb so I requested my Turkey burger to come lettuce wrapped instead of with regular buns. I also asked if they could substitute my fries for celery sticks. They graciously obliged to both of my requests. I was able to enjoy a really tasty carb conscious meal 😊 Also, their wings are really good! Love the lemon pepper flavor.

The order took 50min to get to the table. The grilled chilly dog was cooked on the outside but still frozen in the middle. The grilled chicken on the salad was cold too.

I love wing barn. Such good wings and great deals any day of the week. Also highly recommend the fried pickles.

My husband went to pick up fundraiser plates and wanted to add 2 orders of some onion rings, thinking it would maybe be 2 or 3 bucks each he ordered the 2, he wasn't familiar with the costs. $7 onion rings each WHATTTTT!!!? He didn't want to be rude and he bought 2 plates not knowing it would be $7 each for both. So DISSAPOINTED. They look really big but when you bite down you get a big mouth full of breading and a thin thin onion skin. Fundraiser plate wasn't bad, burger was good, boneless wings were a little dry but still good flavor and fries were good but no seasoning so thank you ketchup. I wont choose this place as my favored one to go.

Delicious food, great family time.

We've been waiting 30 min for chicken salads. Finally got them, but with the wrong dressing. Server had no clue what Italian dressing was and brought us another ranch. Sweet potato chips were cold. Now I know why I don't come here that often. Saddest salad ever.

I love wingbarn so much, in my opinion their boneless wings are the best in Brownsville and they're cheap too, their hot dogs are incredible too.

Super salty food, it's not worth your health and money. Stay away from this place, they don't worry about your health. This place cut too many corners. It's a health hazard to eat in this place.

Terrible service. I called twice. The first time I was left on hold for 15 min before the line was either cut or dropped or I was hung up on. The second time I was going to be placed on hold again, but I asked to not be because of the first call. They eventually took my order, I got there to find that it hadn't been saved and I had to order and wait for it again. While I sat there they just let the line ring because no one was at the register to answer it since they were doing other tasks. They either need to hire/schedule more people or just more competent people because part of the problem was staff error and the other is not enough staff.

I like this place for it's corn and jalapeno poppers more than the wings. They're good wings don't get me wrong, but there's just normal wings with nothing special about them.

Great thiqq wings and service; I went around noon for the daily special and it was a breeze. Wasn't slow nor busy. Had boneless buffalo lemon pepper and my lady had a bacon wrapped hotdog. Both were amazing 🤙

I'm not big on wings, so I usually order the burger. It is usually excellent. For sorts fans there are two rows of televisions broadcasting different sports events. Go and have a blast.
